Yesterday's condo

After the boys were both on their best behavior while their bean was at work yesterday, Walter figured that it was time to go for a swim with the sharks again. Apparently, he had so much fun that he didn't want to get away from them at all. I don't really know what to make of this - but it seems like he is no longer responding to his regular HC food. Granted, he wasn't digging in like he usually does, but he still got plenty of gravy... and he still managed to stay in the 30s for two hours.

All of his definitely makes for one tired bean this morning. The boys are barely awake and even the kittens went right back to bed after breakfast. So it's hard to tell how Iris is feeling. She didn't want to eat or move much - but neither did her siblings. For as active as they are, they sure like their beauty sleep.

Mandarin is starting the day in pink. So I might as well make it official: there's a dosecrease threat on the table for tonight. Mandarin, time to start working the juice!

If they really need a reduction, sometimes it can be hard to bring them back up. Sorry Walter kept you up so late. Congrats on the reducie.

I hope Mandarin comes down soon. Sending prayers for Iris.

It took Mandarin 8 cycles to see green after the last run of greens so something to consider. Little man, it's time to work it...mama has ITF. Congrats of the reducie Walter but sorry it was tough to bring him up again. That always make me nervous. It's nice all the kitts get to have some beauty rest and hope you can get a nap in later. Extra vines and prayers for little Iris. Any update on the potential adopters of Ivy & Flora?

Congratulations on the reduction but so sorry it was of the harrowing dramatic variety!:nailbiting::bighug::bighug:
That had to be so nerve Wracking!!!:nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting:
Hope Mandarin in not learning thru observation and takes the more leisurely route today for you!:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Christina - so sorry to hear about your late night - it's certainly no fun on school night. When will the vet try to see what is causing the trouble? Happy to hear about the reduction - always good news

Poor little Iris took a turn for the worse and is spending the night at the vets. When I came home this afternoon, her breathing was so bad, she was once again gasping for air. She is getting medicated Vaporizer treatments and was on oxygen earlier. ... And all of this happened on a day where I had to teach a three hour night class. This definitely goes down in history as one of my worst classes ever.

I never got a chance to talk to the vet directly, but her message said that she is stable, but they want to continue treatment in the morning. I am trying very hard to pull myself together and prep my classes for tomorrow, but that's not really happening.

And all I really wanted to do today was to spend time with Ivy and Fern. All the checks on their application were great and we are doing a dog introduction tomorrow. If that looks good, they will be getting adopted tomorrow night. I know I should be happy for them, but I am mostly sad for myself right now.

Oh no. You must be exhausted beyond belief.

Little miss Iris, please feel better!!!!!

You have a heart of gold. I don't know you can foster and let them go to their forever homes. Thank you for having such a huge heart to love them and let them go. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

I so want to live next door to you! Sending tons of feel better vines and prayers for little Iris. Please all the kitties in heave help her! I'm happy Ivy and Flora are going together but feeling sad all the way over here. Lots of :bighug::bighug::bighug: for you. Boys, be good and extra sweet for mama bean please.

Sending vines for health for Iris, Christina such a sweet innocent baby - I hope she pulls through and they can get to the source of the issue
Be good, Mandarin and Walter
I'll be in SB ii a few days - I can help you with the boys if you need some time for yourself

Christina, just lots of hugs. You raised those wee ones and now will send them off to homes where they will flourish and grow and be loved ... that's an angel's work. You, for them, are an angel.

Prayers for little Iris, a fighter. She'll be surrounded by LL prayers throughout this ordeal. As will you.

Marilyn

Okay, Mandarin. Dosecrease threat has been issued. Time to get to work!

Walter, what's with the dramatics? I'm sure if you'd just asked politely for a reducie, Mama would have given you one. You didn't have to get so carried away!

You are an awesome bean, Christina, and I know it's gotta be hard to let Ivy and Fern go, but they are headed to a wonderful life, and they have you to thank for that!

Sending mega vines for sweet little Iris, along with a bunch of prayers. Also some :bighug:s for the hardworking bean.

Sending vines for little Iris.
Hope the dosecrease threat has the desired effect. Work the juice Mandarin.

Walter!!! what's with being such an exhibitionist, think you forgot your trunks again:rolleyes:
Sending :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:Kristina, it's got to be so hard to see them go, even if you know that they are going to a loving home.:bighug::bighug::bighug:
