Morning ~O) ~O) real strong~ I always love it! Maggie seems to be feeling good this morning.
Her AMPS is a little high, but she did a CPC with the overnight food. She didn't have anything to eat the two hours before her pre-shot check. We did a dosecrease to 6 drops yesterday, and this will be the third cycle. I have a feeling we'll need to add a drop again after six cycles. Most of her P's are looking good. Maggie did a poo yesterday, so today is a freebie poo day, in a manner of speaking, for Inspector Poo's report. :-D She had a good shot, good breffifs, took her Cisapride and is sitting on her patio chair watching the little wildlife go by. What is the name of the little wild animal with the pointy face with the long tail that looks like a giant rat! :shock: It just strolled by our patio! He/she stared at Mags, and Mags gave a stare back, so I guess that was their greeting! It had some white on its face, too. It wasn't Mr. Skunk or Mrs. Raccoon!
I have a mid morning appt. that will take me away for a few hours, but I'll have time for a few pokes, Later I will give the Vet an update on Maggie's bg's and overall health.

Have a nice Thursday. Healing vines for all kitties needing them.

Maggie and Tarragon have the same AMPS today. Hopefully she will bring him down with her when she goes! I don't know what the animal is but I'm glad Maggie is keeping you safe. Sounds like she is feeling good. Yay for prezzies yesterday! I'm glad that issue is somewhat resolved.

YAY! We had prezzie day - good job Maggie,. No doubt that Inspector Poo will be pleased. Good luck too with the dosecrease. I hope she settles in this one. She made some nice blues yesterday, hope she does today too.

Hmmmmm.... could the critter be a possum? They have long tails, pointy faces... Look like an overgrown rat. We get alot of them here. Kinda ugly looking. :lol:

Hi Melissa, okay now it's Tarragon's turn to come down. Maggie has her hand ready to pull him down. Thanks, it is a good day after she has a prezzie. We even had a little playdate with her pole mouse toy.

Thank you Donna, and since you wished us both a good day, we know it will be one. Weather will be great, too.

Michelle, that's it for the critter -- it was a possum. :lol: I so rarely see anything wild here that I forget the names. Thanks on the dose; I hope this brings her into a nicer range.

Oh....back up so soon! Well, she did have a mini meal of Wellness Turkey and then 3/4 tsp. of Beechnut Chicken & Broth bf (mixed in Miralax & water). It's possible she'll have another dip, but I'll miss it. At least she's safe while I'm gone til early afternoon.

Hi Ella, no the lil possum didn't play dead. Mrs. Possum and Maggie just were deadlocked in a short stare! :-D Mags willl sit on that chair for a couple hours waiting to see what may come across her path.

Hi guys .. awww too cute on the possum and maggie greeting each other! We don't get wildlife like that around here either, just a few stray turkeys and deer .. Maggie, make sure you turn back around before you get too much higher! Have a great day guys!

Glad Mags and the possum greeted eachother peacefully! I'm not sure what my kitties would do if they saw one of those critters through the door :shock: . But Mags is just so sweet.

She came down nicely this morning. I bet she'll surf it out till PMPS, despite being up a tad at +4.

Surf Mags! One late night a couple years ago, Shnookie and Kibby were at the sliding glass door all puffed up and hissing. I just assumed there was another cat out back, but when I turned on the outside light, there was a giant possum! I sure was glad I didn't open the door! Have a great day Ann.

I hope this dose works, we took Tess to 5 drops yesterday too. Maggie is doing better with hers though. Paws crossed.

Maybe Mr. Possum is what Maggie watches for out the window at night. There are a lot more critters like that around than we realize.

It looks like Maggie had a nice surf while I was gone.

Ann & Tess, I think there are more critters here than I thought! :-D Maggie is up to 6 drops now! I think the meds have something to do with it as to why I need to keep increasing.

Hi Anne & Muffin, I had the sliding door open so she could look thru the screen. Then I got worried Mr. Raccoon might come along and smell her food inside on the floor.

Amy, I have a feeling this dose may not hold.

Hi Devon, it was sweet the way Mags just seem hypnotized watching the possum.

My friend is hand rearing a little ringtail possum at the moment, so adorable. she has to fatten it up a little as it doesn't even weigh 60 grams yet and that is the cut off before the wildlife carers will take them. Here's some pictures she sent me.

Glad Maggie seems to be feeling well today. Nice blue surf.

The possum in the pictures Serryn posted actually looks cute. The ones we have around here are ugly. They seem to hide during the day and come out once it gets dark.

Hi Serryn, the little ringtail possum is adorable. This possum that came to visit Maggie was very mellow, just taking its time strolling across the edge of the patio. No hissing from Maggie either! :-D

Hi Carla, yes Maggie feels good today, and some days she sleeps so tight that I have to go over and nudge to see if she's alright!

I wonder what else Maggie sees at night. It must be interesting for a kitty, to see critters in the dark, and still be safe behind glass. :smile:

Hi Barb, we can't seem to stay away from the yellows at the AMPS and PMPS, but we do see nice blues.
We have 8 am appt. tomorrow for fluids.
 
Sending Maggie vetty vines for her appt tomorrow. Glad to see her in the blues tonight!
 
Hi Mags, Inspector Poo here. I've been a bit lax lately (no pun intended :lol: ) but I wanted to catch up. I'm glad to see you are doing well.
