All is well in CurryLand.

I'm still playing w/microdosing. I'm good at getting .9 and .8 with the water....then the dang syringe slips all the way to .5 on me. Its hard to control the "drops" sometimes. Getting better at getting a syringe w/o bubbles. And getting better at actually seeing where the plunger is in terms of the tiny weenie little black lines that only a person w/super vision can see. Someone ought to invent a syringe for our cats. Any takers out there?

Gonna give her .9 for at least 3 days starting tonight. Had tinkered w/1 unit again over the weekend. She drops like a rocket in the morning w/that dose....so I'll go w/.9 for now....see if that is agreeable to her highness....see if we can get a nice slow decrease in her bg and get a little more eco-friendly numbers (green). Is that asking too much Curry? Geezzz.

When I move at the end of next week it will be interesting to see what her numbers do.

Anyway....Happy Monday (and hurry up Friday).

When you are expressing the insulin, are you turning the plunger slowly to the right? That will give you more control over the drops that come out. Try it if you are not already doing it, okay?

oh dang - SO AGREED on the syringe thing. I wonder what it would take to get these manufactures on board. I need to order a magnifying glass... Good luck with the dose!

Curry is looking so good, she really does drop, doesn't she? I'll be interested to see how both girls do with the move. I would think some stress would run her a bit high, I guess we'll see. At least the smokers will be out of the picture.

Ummm...turning instead of pushing... Cool...I wasn't not doing that......So tonight I have some homework....I will be practicing the "Twist".......Thank goodness I''m not getting a grade on this....

Yeah, Curry really wasn't liking the full 1 unit.

Yes....yippppeee....no smokers.....no climbing up the stairs w/groceries and my bike.....parking is closer.....extra room for all my stuff....

Life is good.

I'm so twisted....well...maybe not quite.....my syringe plunger is so twisted.....Thanks Pat for the suggestion.....it works.. ...Yeah.

OK...I'm a bit peevy....they lost my nanners....Got all excited when I learned about the wonderful nanners from y'all and I ordered some....no not for me...my kitties....supposedly they arrived and the resident received them....maybe Curry came to the door to get her nanners and hid them from her sister, Sidney....C-U-R-R-Y....where did you hide the nanners......

And the feeder arrived Saturday....what a hoot....put treats in the feeder....but didn't turn it on.....just to get the kitties use to the machine.....then I turned it on......OMG....Curry just sat and stared at it......it was tooooooooo scary for her......i even placed treats around it...near it...no go last night.....
so it came on again this evening.....it intrigued her.....so i put some treats in it after it had stopped turning.....its kinda loud which is OK...she'll hear it later on when she is more comfortable with it....so i'm just putting treats in it for now....it will go off each night and she'll eventually get use to the sound...

and by the way...i'm still looking for my nanners....

good luck with the dosecrease and sorry about the missing nanners. That's one of those things where you almost hope a neighbor stole it, except that you wish you had a hidden camera for when the neighbor opens it. Somebody once stole a whole box of used/dirty t-shirts from my porch once. :lol: I had shipped them back to myself after an event and I guess the box from Las Vegas was just too tempting.
