Another great start for Trix today...no "+3"follow-up pokey since she started off in the normal range to begin with. It is curious that her BGs improved as soon as we reduced her BP meds, that's for sure. There just seems to be SOOOOO many factors that influence BGs it's crazy!

We did have a little spit up this morning for some reason...I guess these things can and will happen from time-to-time, despite her regular doses of pepcid and cerenia. Her appy is still pretty good, though...it was amazing last night, and while it's off to a slightly slower start today, it's nothing to shake a stick at, either. Of course, though, now I'm all sorts of paranoid and insecure thanks to the oddly negative attitude my vetty had over the weekend...big sigh.

I spoke with my Dad during the afternoon yesterday and it sounded like he was starting to feel better. I have to work today :sad: , so I probably won't get any updates until this evening. Sure is challenging for a helicopter personality like me...

I had to do a search for Helicopter :? I've seen it a few times and thought it was an incorrect auto-correct :oops:

WOW - look at that amps! How cool is that? That is interesting on the BP meds and the lower amps. I am trying to remember if that happened with Mannie when he went without for a while... dunno! Well, either way it sure is nice to see such a low blue. GO TRIXIE!

I am so glad that your dad is feeling better. What a plus that must be.

how odd on your vets attitude over the weekend. Maybe it was just an off day for her? she's alwyas been in your corner. well, try not an worry about it. they have off days too.

It's wonderful that Trixie is back to nice, healthy AMBGs, so you have one less thing to worry about!

Good job taking the little spit up in stride and not obsessing about it (at least, you didn't sound like you were).

I hope your DF continues to feel better each day. Sending vines and prayers.
