Well Titan was down a bit today, had a "red" number last night PMPS +4 of 424. Strange how red could be encouraging . He is very engaged this morn and feeling pretty good. Going to start increases on 4 cycles tomorrow. Let's see if I have everything, insulin,syringes, tests strips and meter, coffee pot and Titan. Yep I'm ready. Here's to fast track and hopefully better numbers. Plus I practiced putting in a link from yesterday. Just seeing if I took instruction well from Wendy. Hope Y'all have a good weekend/holiday, Ed

Yes I did and just now at +6 he's a 494 which is RED! Small victories

Question for you, are these numbers the AT or the True meter? The signature says you use the AT, but the spreadsheet meantions the True meter. Out of curiosity, do you have access to any other types of meters. Normally we say just to pick one meter and stick with it, or it'll drive you crazy doing comparisons. However, years ago when I started, people were having issues with the True meter testing cats. Now that was years ago and probably changed, but typically human meters test not quite so close to the AT on the high end. If you had another type of meter around I would suggest a side by side test on the same blood drop, but I don't think it's that critical. We just don't have other people using that meter so it's be interesting to see how in compares now.

Hi Wendy , yes the tests results are on the AlphaTrack. Ive been using that consistently because it requires a much smaller sample size. Sometimes I can't get enuf blood on the spoon to fill the True Track. Been looking into past posts about using FreeStyle Lite strips in the AT2. I might head down that road but for now sticking with the AT2.
I do run comparisons when I get enuf blood, true to human meters, at the 400-500 range on the AT2 the True Track runs 50-100 points lower. I try to record the side by sides on his SS, TT's will always be in the note section UNLESS I run out of AT2 strips, that will also be noted.
