Yes, it really does take a load off my mind that she's eating better, especially on days that include class nights. And now that I've seen her going back to her plate(s) later for more, I feel even better! Lucky is the one who's grumpy with me for not leaving dry food out for him all day anymore. LOL, poor thing.

I definitely understand the cursing! Lucky isn't a curser, but he sure does give me some nasty looks! I'm checking into the zero carb stuff for him, because I'd feel a lot better about him eating that. I don't think Orijen is terrible, but it still has more carbs than he should be getting.

I went to the DCIN calendar contest and threw all of my votes behind your sweet Jibbit. I am so sorry that he had to leave you so soon but also feel he was one incredibly lucky kitty to have you for his mom in his last months. You gave him a chance he probably wouldn't have had otherwise. I know you miss him dreadfully and I hope so much that he makes it into the calendar. Maybe if you re-posted the link a couple of more times it would draw more attention to it and make sure that he gets a much-deserved place on the calendar.
