Today is looking rather like yesterday - pink to green. Let's hope we do not also repeat the bounce to black! Papaya is having another lazy day and hasn't even ventured out to the hallway to see what I'm doing in the kitchen (which today happens to be canning roasted garlic & bell pepper pasta sauce, to use the 25 lb case of tomatoes that has been waiting for my attention). It's a nice cool, breezy but sunny day so I don't blame her for enjoying the coziness of bed! She is getting up on the bed by herself and getting down when she wants to use the litter, so I've entirely stopped carrying her to and fro . . . hooray. Her claws are a bit long right now, but I don't want to trim them all at once in case it makes it harder for her to pull herself up onto the bed, so I am just randomly clipping a couple at a time!
Happy holiday Monday for those who have the day off!
Edited to add: phew, we didn't repeat the black PMPS of yesterday!
