Awesome AMPS! Jenks had me a little worried with three rising readings last night, but he drifted back down nicely to begin the day in the lagoon. Keeping those fingers and paws crossed that this new 9.5U dose settles in nicely and we don't have such a precipitous drop in the first quarter. C'mon Jenks, just surf buddy!

To recap today so far:

AMPS 81 - Me: "Yesssssssssssssss!"
+4 61 - Me: "It's not a 39, like yesterday. Yesssssssssssssss!"
+9 43 - Me: "Really?????"

That's two days in a row we've had some low number action. I'm not sure why today's number happened so much later than yesterday's, but I suspect that it's just leftover depot action. I just cut the dose last night, so there's not much to do right now except ride it out.
 
Good catch on the +9! Was it 39 as your SS says or 49 as in your title? Glad he is responding to the gravy and on the rise. Looks like he dipped, came up and dipped again. Good job monitoring!
 
@Bobbie And Bubba - I'm not sure what numbers you're looking at. He had a 49 on 8/30 at PM+9, then a 39 on 9/1 AM+4, and the 43 today at AM+9. Did I mess up a title somewhere?
 
Jenks is up a bit at PMPS. It's not entirely unexpected given that late-day trip to the 40s. I figure he was either extra carb sensitive, or he's having a little bounce, or some of both. Regardless of the reason, I suspect he'll come back down overnight.
 
Yo Jenks!! I know your bean loves it when you throw these good numbers, but I'm betting that a good night's sleep would be welcome!!
