He did it!!! He earned another reduction!! Come on Garfield! You can do it!! I have faith in you that you can get back into remission!

Truly hoping that he'll hold this and then earn another reduction and another and another!

He's not as cuddly as China or Cheaser was, but he has started to spend more time laying with me and letting me scritch the sides of his face and under his chin and his purr'er is set to high volume! I'm loving it!

I have heard him cough a few times in the last few days which has my asthma radar going off so I think I'm going to start working with him getting used to the Aerokat in case I need to use it. Would still need to get a script for whatever medication they'd want to use but the vet is willing to listen to my recommendations so if you have any good ideas, please let me know. I hear Flovent a lot but I know there's all kinds of inhaler meds out there.

We used Flovent. It’s gotten pricey (or at least had the last time I bought it) so I ordered from Mark’s Marine. Just something to keep in your hip pocket.

Thanks @JL and Chip and @carfurby (GA)! I'm hoping the coughs were just a little tickle in his throat or maybe he's working on a hairball, but after last time, any cough at all has my radar up!

Yeah, I had remembered that Flovent was crazy high in the US so if that's what I decide to use, I'll be getting it from Marks. It's been awhile since I talked to them anyway! (they know me very well...lol)
