OH Cosmo! Not the start we were hoping to see I think he over ate overnight. I left a little extra out when I went to bed since he has been running out of food 4 hrs before Preshot lately... and he ate it all - and DH also said he gave him a little more at +8.5 since the bowl was empty again. I think we need to seriously invest in the automatic feeder to help prevent unnecessary food spikes.

Otherwise, he is quite pleased with himself and hobbling around this morning

Yes, could be that too. Good news is that we've continued to have good, soft, daily BMs with adding in 25% lower carb (still not under 10%). He is probably getting 1/2 gastro 1/2 MD kibble.
Next week, we will half and half his wet food.
