Good morning Everyone! Happy Tuesday! Cairo is doing great this morning :cool: My bad, it's day 8 not 7 like I originally put in the tag line!

Thanks to all of you amazing folks for your wisdom, patience, advice, suggestions and support!

My vet is looking for me, I've been avoiding her messages to make an appointment to bring Cairo in for a curve. I'm a super strong person but for some reason I'm having a mild panic attack about talking to my vet about Cairo's progress! I'm not sure how to tell her that if I had given her the dosage that SHE recommended, my sweet sugar baby might be DEAD! :sad: She's a great vet and I've known her a long time but she doesn't know about feline diabetes.

Cairo has is going into her 9th day with NO insulin and she's rocking it!

Ugh! I guess I have to just TELL her the truth! I don't know WHAT I'm so nervous about.

Jeannine, just print out a copy of her spreadsheet, take it in and say "look how well Cairo is doing! The past 2 weeks she hasn't need any insulin! Isn't it wonderful!!??"

What's she going to say...NO? :lol:

Keep up the fantastic numbers Cairo!

I like Chris's idea on how to approach the vet. Just sound super excited (shouldn't be hard). :-D
