I must have gotten most of it in yesterday, certainly some.
I was expecting a lower start today since she had tikicat 0% carb food last night at +5.5 and nothing else until her shot.

I sure don't want to get up today. Had my allergies shots and flu shot yesterday. I too, am not an eager member of the pincushion club. :-D

I did find a new treat yesterday by Bravo! Bonus Bites Lobster Meat freeze dried. ( for cats and dogs)
Shadow eats better than the rest of us. She likes them so far.

And my own observation on Shadow.
Since the first week when we started insulin, I have not seen Shadow drink water. I keep it in several places , since we have dogs,
but she just hasn't gotten any in front of me. has all 5 p's. I add a bit of water to some of her food ( like the one with the b12 to mix it better)
so I take that as a good sign that she's not needing it now like before.

Great video! I especially enjoyed the look on the little one's face with the ball when the door opened. Hilarious :lol: :lol:

Hi Rhiannon,

Shadow is looking good today. There's nothing wrong with her AMPS. Its just about the same as a green, it's so close. She's in green already. :-D

I hope you are feeling better - looks like Shadow feels pretty darn good with those numbers!

Isn't amazing how far we go to find neat and fun foods for the four-leggers and we end up eating pasta and cereal? Before Leo was diagnosed, I'd wander around PetSmart looking at all the treats and fancy packaging and wonder, "Why don't WE get snacks like this?!?"

They do drink less when they are more regulated--This is a great sign!! Great on the num bers too!!
