I *think* she was at 339 this morning - I'm so exhausted that I'd forgotten the number by the time I got to work. I'll fix it when I get home if it's wrong. She's definitely having soft poop from the abx - I started adding FortiFlora to her food, but she clearly doesn't like it as well as the chicken liver powder.

Thanks, Nadine! I'm sure she will - just gonna take some time. But it always makes me sad when my furbabies don't feel well (even if she technically isn't MY furbaby!).

It happens! In fact, I forgot to write down Mikey's PMPS last night. I don't even remember which meter I was using either so I can't even go back through the meter history to find it. ohmygod_smile

I hope the fortiflora helps counteract the antibiotic tummy troubles. You might also want to try some plain pumpkin (no spices) and see if she likes that a bit better (not a probiotic, but good for both constipation and loose stool). I'm trying to think what else I've seen as to probiotics for our sugar kitties...cultured yogurt or kefir?

I don't have any plain yogurt ATM, but I can certainly get some and give it a try. I don't think I've seen plain kefir around here. I used to make my own, but I murdered my grains by leaving them unfed in the fridge too long. :cry:

She doesn't seem to like the pumpkin-added wet foods, so I'm not confident she'd eat food with pumpkin mixed it. I'm being really cautious about not creating food aversions with her since it was so hard to get her eating in the first place!

Kinda bummed that she stayed in her tutu today, but she obviously isn't feeling great, either. Which thing is cause and which is effect, though....

339 is the right number for her AM. It might sound weird, but sometimes I can remember the shape of numbers, even if I can't remember the numbers, and that's the shape I remembered!

Oh look - it has a name! I think I saw something about that on NOVA or NOVA Science Now, but I never made a connection between synesthesia and what I do with numbers.

I completely understand because for me numbers have colors. Like 8 is purple, 7 is red etc. Just thought I was crazy lol
