Yesterday was..... PINK DAY in MannieLand, yet again. And yellow day, yet again... another in a series of yellow and pink cycles, like 8 of them.... :? :shock: :roll: :roll: Well Mannie got his instructions: find the blues or you get more juice. So we hope for good things. With that PM cycle last night maybe we are headed in the right direction.... PAWS CROSSED! Lubs ya big guy. cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D I cannot believe our good weather! Another in a series of sunny skies, blue skies and perfect temps: 70/75. Even Mannie knows it is good out there. I told him he had better get out and enjoy it, as this is the PNW after all, and it does rain here.... So out he went. At least yesterday he came home in time for dinner - guess he didn't want to miss out two days in a row! :lol: :lol: I was just grateful that I didn't have to go out and hunt him down. it isn't that big of a yard, but there are plantings everywhere, and he is very good at finding those perfect hidey spots where he can be invisible, yet survey all that goes down. Of course I can be standing right in front of him, not see him, be calling his name, and he just sits there - with that "heeheehee she can't see me" look. You gotta love it. So I was glad I didn't have to go looking yesterday. Thanks Mannie! WOO HOO! His dinner fuds was on time! This morning we had a great test, feed (YES!!!!!), shoot and clean plate club , AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, (again!, though he did look at it when it opened: WOOT!) :shock: Elsa too (again: maybe she has lost interest!)... what else is new there: not much!.... Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I'm not too sure yet what will be here today.... I will be heading into Seattle later today to visit a friend over a cup of ~O) . YAY! A social Day! Other than that - we shall see what presents itself. :-D

Hey everybody! I so want a swimming pool day! With floaties and beach balls, and soft squishy cushions and a few umbrellas... you guys in? Now we gots to find a pool. Maybe we need to go someplace cool - like Cabo! or Acapulco! Or the Carri bean! Now that would be cool. What'd'ya guys think? Let me know - I am ready for anything! ~~ Mannie

Great drive with fantastic waterfalls, and river spots to stop and sit - exceptional!! Too funny on Mannie hiding. I hunted for 10 minutes the other day for Tarragon and when I finally found him he was in a spot I had walked past 5 times. I could just see the look on his face like "She is so dumb. She doesn't even see me." Grrrr.

Oh Cabo! I've never been there before. I heard there are a lot of tourists there. A pool and floaties sounds awesome and relaxing. I just got to find my passport. Do I need one there? Picks me up, k? - Tarragon

Hi Devon - THX on the pics! Yupp, Mannie and I had that discussion this morning: abut a good PM cycle, but more is needed or.... he just sat there and purred. Maybe that is good. :lol: :-D and yeah - once I find him in those hidey places it as if he's grinning at me.... silly cat!

Hi Rhiannon - so agreed! close only goes so far.... blues today Mannie, please! THX- the waterfalls were very nice, lots of loud running cascading water. Sure was pretty.

Hi Amy - I so hope so! We've just passed the new pen wonkiness time, and the possible lunar new moon stuff, so he should settling. I hope that last night was the beginning. I can hardly wait for that +2 this morning. :? THX on the pics - it is nice in alot of places here. most aren't too far to get too either - maybe a hours drive. lucky we are!

I was supposed to meet a friend for coffee this morning, but no sleep leaves me too brain dead to go anywhere, so I cancelled. Yeah for BLUES!! Don't you love it when you ask for something and they deliver? Now Mannie, why don't you hang around those blues a while with Neko and you can jam the night away. Michelle, I so agree with you on the weather. I wish we could bottle it up and let a little out in a couple of months when we'll really need it. Our kitties are getting so spoiled. I know I'll get that "what is this stuff?" look the first day Neko sees rain again. :lol:

Hi Wendy - YAY!!! indeed! LOVE the blues!! Yes, I do - love it when I get what I ask for. Now if he can just keep dishing out the blues while DGS is here I will be ecstatic! Oh yes on the weather - it has been so long since we have had a summer like this - I would love to bottle some of it up, use it during those gloomy days of January.... :cool: so agreed on the reaction when the rains start. Hi Ella - No worries on the visit... Eagle Falls was AWESOME! It was one of those pullouts along the HWY - not marked, I never knew it was there, Just decided to stop and look. BEAUTIFUL!!!! so glad I let curiosity get the better of me. - And YUPP the Blue Mannie Group is tearing the house down - Cabo had better watch out! nice to have Rusty blue too, and no more yellow!

NI NI LL! I am beat and tomorrow is DGS day. Off to bed for me!
