I believe she vomited sometime during the night. I went to bed early (with her) and couldn't get up... But got up around 4:30 am and found vomit - while I was cleaning that up, she started wretching - just bile - the empty stomach kind. I finished cleaning up, put out some bland food in case she wanted it even though it was about 1 hour before shot time. She didn't eat anything. Got up an hour later - Blue didn't want to get out of bed - I was preparing his food and I put it down on the mat. Kasha came over and started eating it. Huh? What? Yes - then she ran away when she thought I was going to torture her. So, I put the rest of the can of FF in another bowl and put it under the chair with her and she ate it - not all of it, but a very respectable amount.
Fluke? Cypro? I don't know. But when I got up a couple hours later, the food was nearly all gone. I put out another can, she ate some more and I left for the day. When I got home around PS tonight, both bowls were licked clean. Blue hasn't been eating that much lately either, so I don't know if he suddenly developed an appetite or if Kasha ate most of it.
She didn't eat much dinner tonight, but she did eat some rotisserie chicken I bought for her.
Grossness alert: She had a bunch of mucus in one nostril - I clean her up, but not sure what that's about. She's sneezed several times when I was wiping her nose. Tonight is A/B night anyway - she gets to try her new chicken flavored version of the A/B.
Really short story today, cuz I've been out all day and I'm exhausted... Sometimes Kasha has seemed almost too human. One day, when we first adopted her, ex-BF went to clean out the LB. He started laughing. Apparently, she pulled in a few pages of newspaper and one or 2 magazine articles into her covered LB. Seems like she just wanted to do some light reading while she was in there...
