I shouldn't have said anything about 1.5u finally working, haha. As soon as I said that he stopped seeing any green. Back to 1.75u! But, there are silver linings:
  1. He made it longer this time on 1.5u with greens than the other 2 times.
  2. It gave us a lovely few days with very few Libre alarms.
In unrelated news, our training with the auto-feeder is... going. Sam's been patiently leading him to the feeder each time it goes off. Now, sometimes Esse comes to Sam's office right before the bell goes off and waits to be escorted there. 😂 So he's learning the snack routine part, just not really learning the eating by himself part.

Why is it that every time I decide to post about our various dose ups and downs, Esse decides to switch things up? This is only our third cycle back on 1.75u and he hit 39 on the handheld meter again. I think it's my fault for letting him sleep though his AM+1.5 snack in my office, although he did eat at +3 and +5.5.

He hadn't dropped under 50 on the Libre at all, but around his nadir he actually came upstairs and jumped onto the bathroom counter where we test--something he pretty much never does--so we figured he may be trying to tell us something. He must know that after a midday test is when he usually gets the good stuff (gravy).
 
Wow. Esse really showing off with his numbers and his signaling that something is up! Glad you were able to catch that low and keep him safe!
