Took a little longer to come down from her high 200s of the other day than normal, but she is back to blue now!

So what kind of new brothers and sisters did ya get? I'm guessing: 1 new baby raccoon, 2 new cats, and 1 new dog?

LOL! Left the baby racoons out in the woods with their Mommie!

No more cats, 17 is enough! Too many litter box issues! Thank goodness most of them go out thru the pet doors and use the great outdoors now or I'd really have a mess!

2 new dogs, 1 crossed the Rainbow Bridge about 5 wks after I found him. He had been dumped off in the woods near my place & appeared to have been on his own for some time. These morons actually left his collar and tag on him and I called them & they said they didn't want the dog back but could I send them the collar please! Can you just imagine?!?!!!!! Of course I didn't but I did sick PETA on them. I got their attention too but then the poor little guy just passed away quietly one morning and it kind of became a non-issue after that. He is buried down by the creek with the rest of my loved ones.

The other dog was also a stray at first, another failed foster for me! She, Jessi Colter (after the late great Waylon Jennings' wife), was supposed to be re-homed but of course she is now in her permanent furever home with me. Found her skinny and covered with ticks and fleas 3 or 4 months ago, she is fat and sassy and runs like the wind now!

You may remember that Tawny was supposed to be a foster and ended up finding her furever home w/me, too.

I am obviously not very good at this fostering stuff!

That is so sad about the little dog that passed after being in your loving home for 5 weeks. I hate that person who abandoned him

! That little dog did so deserved to pass at your house surrounded with love.
I'm glad Jessi Colter is sleek and sassy and running like the wind at her new furever home

J.D. is coming down a little. Hopefully, he'll be playing with Tawny on her floor, tomorrow., fingers crossed.

Good to see you Desi. Glad all is going well. I know what you mean about fostering, I end up keeping them. Oh well. Sorry about the little guy that went GA but at least he knew a little love and continment before he pass. What a blessing. How are the horses doing and the store. Hope all is well.
