Still have no idea why he went up to almost 300 yesterday evening. I hope it doesn't repeat again today. If it does, then I am guessing the 10ml vial has started to go bad. As a recap: we were given a 10ml vial that had only 1 dose taken out. The vial is used in the morning and our pen is used in the evening. Vial is 1.5-2 months old and pen is 1 month old. I didn't want the vial to go bad before the pen ran out, so we have been using both concurrently.
