Happy Caturday! We are sending LOTS of prayers, safe trip wishes, successful procedure thoughts and everything else for Punkin, Anya, Julie, and DH.

Gracie seems a little quiet today. I believe she is bouncing just from the look of things. She started coming up last night which would have been 24 hours after she got to 50....which she hadn't been at for quite some time. I don't know if she perhaps went up a little this morning or not but her BG looks relatively flat. It's interesting how even her bounces are flatter on lev than they were on lantus in that she has no zoom zoom zoom up or down. :-D :-D So we'll give her a cycle or so to clear and if it looks like it's more a question of dose than bouncing, we'll take her back up. I had really hoped the bouncing would stop but I may be hoping too soon.....she has only be on the lev less than two weeks.

Since she is giving me permission, I am headed out the door. My niece is coming this week for 5 days and our housekeeper is on vacation so I have lots to do to get ready for the visit. I'll check in later. Have a great day.

Some days permission slips are nice to have. But not too long , huh Gracie? No, nothing is the miracle solution for bounces, but the Lev does seem to slow things down and I'm grateful for that.

Hi guys! another kitty in bounce mode - so is Mannie... :roll: It is nice though to see her so flat - so much better in that regard now that she is on Lev. Go Gracie!

Enjoy that permission slip - and happy shopping and getting ready for your niece's visit. how fun!

Hi Marje, it's nice Gracie gave you permission today to get things done and run errands. Just think, this would rarely, if ever, happen on Lantus without Mike being there. I hope Gracie comes down, and it seems like its just a mater of finding the right dose. Enjoy your time with your niece. There is always so much to do getting ready for company.
 
Oh boy these numbers.....is it a confused_cat confused_cat confused_cat ? Guess I'll just have to sit out a few cycles and see. I had to rummage around in the closet to find those darn yellow patience pants. At least she's flat....which makes me wonder if it's a dose issue instead of a bounce issue.

Celi: :lol: :lol: :lol: not this niece. She is 42 and a single mom of two boys. She comes to literally sleep, lay by the pool, go to high tea at the local Tea Shoppe, drink beer with her Uncle Mikey, and start it all over again :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ann: yes the permission slips are ok....with her being so flat even in blue, I can get out more. I know...time on the bounce...just time. Laura won't actually be here until Thursday. But I had to get plants for the backyard, pick up the umbrella I ordered last week, order the new honeycomb cellular blinds for the two guest rooms, eat at Pei Wei (most important). Tomorrow is plant plants; Monday is helping Mike lay new landscaping light line and clean house, Tues is dentals for Gus and Tobey, work Wed....and then Laura comes. Whew...I'm exhausted thinking of it.

Michelle: what is with these two??? Yes...the flatness is MUCH better.

Ann: I know..you are right; I am able to get out more with the lev than the lantus because she could come screaming out of a bounce at any time. Oh yes on the lots to do!!
 
What a flat day for Miss Gracie! Hope that this flirtation with pink is over soon (bounce or otherwise!) and she's back to better numbers soon! It is nice to see her in a pattern that doesn't involve non-stop zooming! Hope you are enjoying your company!
 
Nice to see that the lev is leveling Gracie out somewhat. She always was a zoomer which made it more difficult.

Yay on the visit with your niece. Hope you got all of your errands run and are just sitting back with a glass of wine tonight!
