Yesterday's Condo

I'm thinking that if this morning's numbers aren't a bit better, I'll add some fat to Gabby's dose tonight.

Gabby seems a bit less sneezy so far today but I'm still adding L-lysine to her food. Gabby's been on hall watch and Gizmo is hanging out in the cat tree. In other words, a quiet, very normal morning.

I bet that threat right there will do the job for gabby and her numbers .. she'll come down just wait and see!

Gabby usually doesn't need an invitation to surf the lower numbers and here she has a few personal invitations!! Now what? :o
She is already on her way down...I bet she will be surfing with her friends in no time at all! :thumbup

Sienne - tell my more about your treatment for sneezing. Does Gabby also have a snotty nose or watery eyes? Just wondering because Lanky has this periodically but I am not specifically treating it. thx Susan

ditto on the sneezing info request...binks has been sneezing a little lately, but so have all civies, droolers, & beans here and up the street. i thought due to high pollen count locally, but want to make sure i'm not overlooking something .

I fattened up Gabby's dose. I'm tired of yellow!

In response to the question in Gabby's condo, I use L-lysine, which is supposed to be an immune system booster when Gabby or Gizmo get sneezy. Gabby hasn't had any discharge from her nose or eyes so I can't tell you whether I've been able to head off an upper respiratory infection or if this was allergy-related. She hasn't ever had allergies, to the best that I can tell, though. The first time I commented that she was sneezing, Jill suggested I use L-lysine as a supplement. This is the brand she recommended and that I use.

There research on the use of L-lysine is equivocal. It doesn't seem to hurt and Gabby is sneezing less today.
