Thinking our recent reduction isn't gonna hold :YMSIGH: Couple more cycles and we'll see. He gets another Adequan shot today so I'd like to wait a day or two after that. Couldn't find him this morning in his usual spots. He was napping under the bed. Don't know if that means he doesn't feel well or if it's just a nice new hidey hole. He seems fine overall - 4 out of 5 p's in place (he doesn't play really. Maybe I can substitute purring cause he does that real good!) . Still licking his chest/shoulders some. I plan to pop a Tramadol down his throat at lunchtime if he shows signs again.

Thinking of the flooding in CO this morning. Please be safe if you're out that way. Hope Jupe is eating toady (gotta catch up) and Angie's civvie, Shadow is ok. Not in the mood for TBP today, but I had better get to it...

Flat bloo is ok in our book! I got a Tramadol into him, but by the time I got to the Adequan shot, he suspected I was up to something. I will have to try again this evening.

How is he doing with the Adequan? Are you seeing an improvement in him, overall? I am wishing you the best. Because maybe then he will feel like playing!
 
Well, aren't these just poopy numbers? An increase is just around the corner, as we're on the 6th cycle. I think the Adequan is helping overall, but he's still licking at his shoulder/chest. I have been giving Tramadol off and on. I think that makes him lick less? It's hard to tell. He seems to have a bit more of a spring in his step, but then he still sleeps under the couch and sometimes under the bed. Other times he sleeps in the middle of the floor, so I'm not convinced he's feeling bad when he's under the couch. Our drooler has a tumor in his thigh and he sometimes stumbles around kind of clumsy, so maybe he's just sort of staying out of the way? It's all quite subtle and I'm not sure what I'm looking at. I got his 3rd Adequan shot in at dinnertime today. I am going to give it probably 2 more cycles before we increase.
