This is tough seeing her this high and not shooting it back down, but I've got to stop the pendulum swing she's on.

I did pick up a fresh bottle of ketostixs so I can be sure she doesn't start throwing ketones while I wait for her to flatten out again and if necessary start her back on insulin again.

That skyrocket/crash pattern was getting scary. Honestly these high numbers for a few days seem unlikely be worse, and hopefully she'll pull herself down a bit as things settle. And flatten out a bit in all scenarios. At least you only have her to watch at this point, eh?
