Kitties are doing Great. Me not so much!
I'm having a strange day ! Peggy Sue got me up at 5am She was purring & laying on me. She wanted to be fed. She's been eating really good.She put me in a GOOD mood.
I went outside early & was pulling weeds in front. Got too close to a wasp nest & one stung me in my shin. Oh well,my bad ! The bees & critters are very busy getting ready for the cold weather coming.
In the house I had a Gallon bottle of distilled water that I wanted to bring up stairs.It's heavy filled with water. It has a plastic lid with a handle. I grabbed the handle (something told me right then not to lift it by that handle) too late!
I dropped the Glass bottle right on my toes. It shattered to a million pieces. Glass everywhere. My first concern was to clean it up before the cats came down to investigate. I'm sweeping up glass & notice my toe is bleeding
Darn I got a piece of glass in my second toe. I pull out the glass & Ouch it's really bleeding. I wrapped it in paper towels & continued to clean up the glass. It's OK I put a few bandaids on it.
So now I'm limping around with a sore toe & a wasp sting. I'm afraid to see what might happen next! Maybe I should go back to bed & start over

And Peggy Sue was good!!! The wasp sting and cut couldn't take that away! I just hope nothing else bad happened to you today

It was definitely Monday for you! But, I’m sure Peggy Sue being hungry and Ravan having good numbers makes it still a good day. I hope the rest of your day went smoother.

What a bad start today ! How are you? Hope the wasp sting is not too painful and your toe is ok! Hopefully it's not broken ! We tend to ignore those signs but we should always listen to our feelings.. 
At least the little ones are all doing great so it gives you time to take care of yourself !

Glad you were able to keep your good mood despite all the injuries. I think I would have called it a day at that point!

empathize with the wasp sting, one got me last week as I opened the screen door on the RV -- they're very hard to see when hanging out by the frame of the screen, my hand was double its size for five or six days, and my right hand is my dominant hand, hard to type one-handed

Oh my goodness! I only put a 'like' on your comment because I'd read it - not that I liked what it said! I wish we had another option or two there - like 'WOW' or 'SAD' ??? Just sayin...I would have clicked on wow and sad! That is no way to start your day...but you're right the critters are all stoking up for winter..ants, bees, wasps...everyone is acting like it's going to be a bad one - the birds are eating like pigs! Cleaning out our feeders twice a day now...DH has been buying more food because of the feast going on out there....
I hope your cuts and stings are feeling better today... so sorry about all of that happening to you
