I just realized that last week was the one year anniversary of Neko's switch to Levemir. Overall she's seeing more blue and green and less yellow and pink than she was on Lantus. And because her cycles are flatter (like last night) and she doesn't dive the same, the bean can test less.
The one thing I remember often doing on Lantus (and don't miss one bit) was testing, getting about 50 minutes of nap or trying to, then testing again, for several hours at night.
Neko's earned her 5 P's badge today, with heavy emphasis on purring. After breffs she settled on her memory foam bed to watch Otto and I just had to look at her to start the purring. cat_pet_icon She's so much more purry than last year. Between adding daily bupe, acupuncture and a better bed in the last 12 months, she's a happier cat. Which makes for a happier more relaxed bean.
