Hi everyone,
My boy has had 3 lows in the last 5 days. I'm following the tight regulation dosing method which says that after a low you should permanently reduce their dose by 0.25. The first two lows (Sept 11 and Sept 14) I reduced by 0.25 units each time. That brought him down to 1.75 units. However he had another low last night, so should I reduce again? It seems drastic to reduce his dose so much in a short amount of time, but I don't want him going low either. He is also still having lots of higher numbers, maybe due to bouncing, not sure?
This morning I kept him at 1.75 because he was high. But should I be reducing to 1.5 moving forward? Help!!
