Happy Friday to all our LL friends!! We hope everyone is well....sending Christie extra healing vines as well as Garland....keep going little girl!! And of course, rock steady Rocket!!
Gracie is doing fab this morning....she's been out on the catio since we got up (I took a 30 min btb with Mike). We've gotten lots of rain and it has cooled off....she was out there ALL day and evening yesterday even during the downpours and thunder/lightening. She really loves it. Tobey...he has so many kitten things to do that he's all over the place.
We're not sure if Gracie was clearing a small bounce yesterday (looks like it but also looks like a lev curve) but either way, she got down to 50 and I had to give her LC/MC gravy to get her up enough to shoot. However, I did NOT have to give her karo
What a difference from her lantus cycles when she came down. Mike and I discussed it and felt that, even though she did not go below 50, her cycles have the look of too much insulin with a very, very late nadir and if I had not bumped her up with some carbs, she would have easily been below 50. We always felt 1.25u was probably too much juice but it was a great breakthrough dose for her. We elected to just shave her dose and hopefully keep the momentum going. I was thrilled to see she surfed blue all night and gave me a great AMPS and her +2 is up....just like it should be instead of down like it was on the 1.25u. We're very excited!
Mike gets to leave for work this afternoon instead of this morning...YAY!! I'll check back in later but have a great morning.
