All okay here this morning. Monsoons have ended and we have gorgeous early autumn weather, it was 39 degrees F at our house last night! Liz is at Grand Canyon on a day hike, poo patrol had success, kitties are enjoying sun naps, and I'm off to teach a karate class this morning and lead a tour at our local arboretum in the afternoon. Zener is gracing us with post-blue pinkies and yellows today, so we don't have to worry.

We fattened up to the 1.0u eight cycles ago and have seen some blues but more yellows and pinks, so thinking we should fatten up again tonight to see if we can get flatter cycles in more normal numbers (unless he decides to give us a sliding surprise). Now that I am about adjusted to our time and can do night duty, we're thinking it's time to see if we can get some better numbers before I leave again in November.

Hope the fatchange helps bring those numbers down.

I'll have to look at our temp tonite. We should have been roughly the same. We are about the same elevation.

wow - you are buys! Arboretum tour? Col! and a Grand Canyon hike for Liz? cool too! I so want to be able some day to hike there....

@rhiannon - we increased tonight by 0.25u rather than fattening. Paws crossed this gets Mr P jump started again! :smile:

@Michelle & Mannie - new dose it is, well...more accurately a new old dose. We've danced up and down from 1.25 to 1.0 several times. We increased by the full 0.25u this time since we've fattened the last two times without good action. It's so nice of Mannie to keep Zener company but we hope Mannie is coming down from the yellow floor tonight! :-D Liz had a great hike at the big ditch today, perfect weather and not too crowded.

After much study of SS and discussion, we went up the full 0.25u tonight rather than another drop increase. Since I'm pretty well back on our time and can do night duty if necessary, seems like a good time. Also, I'm home now until early November and since I'm on sabbatical I'm not teaching, so can be monitoring him closely during the day too. Sometimes with Mr Z, it takes more than a fattened dose if things seemed to have stalled out. We are likely to see some NDW before any action kicks in, but Zener does like to surprise us! :shock:

Good luck on the dosecrease for Zener. Maggie and Zener had the same PMPS. Maggie gets a dropcrease tomorrow. Have good night.

Mellow yellow, thought we might see some action with the +1 drop, now looks like NDW setting in. :roll:

Good luck with the new dose. So considerate of him to throw a little NDW and let you get some early sleep after that busy day.

How are your tomatoes doing? Ours are taking a while to ripen, I just made a salad with some tonight.

Sorry I haven't welcomed you home, Anne! Glad you are safely back. Liz did great while you were gone. Glad she got out to enjoy this exceptional AZ day!

Good luck with the increase! Hope you start to see those nice slides to green soon.
 
Thought it best to get a before bedtime mid-cycle test, just in case. Looks like NDW to me. And as Scarlett O'Hara once said, "...tomorrow is another day." :lol:

@Wendy - he is so good to his beans! Our tomatoes are still green but not growing more, so we are hoping to see some ripening soon. Today, 15th September, is the average day of our first freeze in Flagstaff. Looks like those temps are at least a week away, maybe more, so we have paws crossed we will harvest at least one. Hope your tomatoes were tasty! :razz:

@Marje - thanks for the welcome home. It was a very successful trip and I'm very glad to be home! You and Missy G have been through the GI system ringer while I've been away. We are hopeful you are both turning the corner. Thanks for the dosecrease luck. This isn't the first time we've gone down to less than 1u, then gone back up the ladder. Time will tell on the return of some lovely greens. ;-)

Zener is giving me the rest of the night duty off, so dreamland, here I come! I-) I-) I-)
