Oh just look at my bootiful BLUE KT KittyPook this morning! He's not doing the 'soft plastic' nor his 'hard food' dance this morning which means he's feeling wonderful! He wasn't overly interested in eating but did eat enough to get this cycle started well. It's still cool and cloudy here - only 64 degrees...BRRRRR! He's decided it's sleeping weather and has gone btb behind the recliner, his favorite sleeping place until it gets cold.
Schniggles - oh, Miss Schniggles....woke up to leaky poop all over the floor in her room this morning. THIS is, I'm sure, the reason she was dumped - after her injury, she has back end troubles and can't hold things well. We've been doing quite well for several weeks but I evidently didn't make her outside in the rain long enough last night to finish. She hates to get wet, had such a sad look on her little wet face looking in the window - I felt sorry for her, now I pay the price. :roll: Looks like I shampoo carpet today - one of the few places we still have carpet. She gets a bath shortly too....
Got Scruffy's heart meds refilled yesterday. This morning I looked out the back window, here's Sir Scruffy up IN THE TREE! He hasn't climbed his tree in MONTHS! The tree has a huge side branch about 4 feet off the ground - perfect for a rope swing AND for cats to run across! It thrilled my heart to see him feeling well enough to climb and run again!!!
All other fuzzyfeetz are doing well altho' Snowshoe is still just laying around not doing much. I DID buy a new rug to lay in front of the cookstove - looks like he spent the night dragging it all over the house and laying under it. The bottom has huge clumps of loose hair all over it. Unfortunately I didn't think before I bought - the weave is quite loose, there's 'stringers' all over it this morning....lasted less than 24 hours. :roll: Oh well...
BIG HUG for all that visit! I HOPE to visit condos today! Don't miss seeing Mel/Jon's new baby, Arabella.
