Looks like she just eats 2 meals a day? Maybe she needs a snack in there somewhere to bring down pmps? I could be way off base, tho, I admit I didn't study her ss.

She gets fed twice a day, but she sort of grazes. When I came home for lunch today both bowls had a little bit of food left, but by dinner they were empty. I have no way of knowing which cat eats it, but I suspect it's both cats.
Both cats have always done this. I've tried to get them to eat at one time but it never works.

I understand. I have 4 cats, and they all want food at different times :lol: Some days I feel like all I do is feed cats!
