.. also increased BP meds Friday night instead of Thursday as wanted cuz honestly I was too tired.. (boy is adding the step at night woof rn.. last night oyy.. omg I was ... now know to prep everything prior.. u adjust this that as u go along right..)

not really lol.. I feel like honestly.. with the crap first half of the year, and since everything began itself.. I haven't rested well in a long time.. im trying to prioritize doing that now that some things eased up.. but its hard.
