Yesterday's condo

The mystery of the synchronized cycles continues. o_O After a day of lovely blues and greens, both boys are back in yellow. Since it looks like it will be a bounce day, I will stay on campus over lunch and get some work done rather than running home.

Poor wee Iris is still feeling rather crummy. I was messaging back and forth with my vet last night and she offered that I can borrow one of the vaporizers from the clinic. Hopefully, that will help her breathe a little easier. Iris has a follow-up appointment tomorrow and we will come up with an actual plan then. Thank you so much to @jayla-n-Drevon @Carol & Murphy and @Sienne and Gabby (GA) for your vet recommendations.

On a funny side note: As I was trying to get a video of Iris gasping for air and struggling to breathe, this is the picture I ended up with. Ivy saw me with my camera and was like: "Hey, we're taking pictures? Wait a second, let me just pose for you."

I don't recall the boys ever being this synchronized beforeo_O Sending lots of prayers for Iris you can see she doesn't feel to good in that picture :( Miss Ivy on the other hand....FULL of personality!
 
Well boys, it's nice with all the togetherness but let's do it together back in the blues and greens.

Iris isn't even acting like her normal self. She is normally so active and full of life and she has hardly moved the last few days. I felt really bad leaving her this morning. All she wants to do is to be held and cuddled. When her vet saw the video of how bad her breathing is now, she decided that we should take a chest X-ray to be on the safe side and make sure that we are not missing something else (e.g. pneumonia). I will take her right after work.... I can't wait to get home.

I'm sure he is taking good care of her! Her siblings are being extra sweet with her too. They can be so rough when they play, but they are very gentle with Iris at the moment.I'm sure they can all tell that she isn't feeling well.

Hehehehe. They did a splendid job of posing. Like KittyKat models, with not a sign of illness. I've always suspected several of my cats of extreme vanity. I think you have a pair, as well.
