AMPS 263
I overslept this morning - it was less than half an hour until shot time when I dragged my lazy behind outta bed! It's rainy - well, 'showery', cool and cloudy, perfect 'go back to sleep' weather. I usually get a pm+10.5 then an AMPS but today, no pm+ANYTHING...
KT is looking all over the house for plastic to chew on - not a hard food chant, soft plastic! Instead of treats this morning, he wanted to chew on his syringe wrapper. I swear he needs to go behind closed doors when he gets one of them...I have never seen anything that makes him so...well, 'interested'....not even a female in heat.... :shock: Pook, you're wierd too....
Leo's in a huffy mood this morning - he faced off with Pepper and slapped at her, he doesn't know he really shouldn't do that with her, she'll take him down and have him beaten before he knows what's happening even with her being much smaller. She's a really sweet cat but she's got an 'attitude' streak from her horrible first 4-6 months before she found 'home'. She doesn't start trouble but she sure will finish it if she's forced to do so. He got a 'face blow' (I blow in their face to get their attention which is 'punishment' to him) put in his cage immediately and had to watch and not be involved in talks and pets. He does NOT like that either. He's also decided he doesn't WANT to be outside anymore. When I open the door, he walks the other way. He's gained weight with strong muscles and is just a beautiful big boy now. He's also a real sweetie most of the time, he's figured out that holding, petting and loving is NIIIIICE! He'll lay in my arms, lay his head down on my shoulder and purr so happily....so different that when he arrived about 5 weeks ago now and was sort of scared of being held and petted. He'd not had anyone to 'love on' other than 'his' dogs....
