Max is looking good on the reduced dose. Keep it flat and safe today buddy. Hope your tooth is feeling better today. Dental insurance is rough so sending vines and prayers you can hold off until Jan. but that's awfully far away.
Fingers So crossed for you...totally get the trying to wait till Jan for the ins rollover. I've been trying to figure out how to get one root canal and crown split timing wise to fall in December and Jan to not max out. It's tough to do! I'm thinking late Dec and early Jan appointments. You def don't want another infection, that would be really bad! Do you have any anti inflammatories? When I broke my finger I was on Motrin and my tooth calmed down. Fired back up with a lot of clenching but if I focus on not doing that it calms down some..I think the nerve gets aggravated and kicks on..screaming hey leave me alone! The tooth only given me twinges if I chew on it thankfully. The dentist is sick so I am rescheduled for Thursday morning at 9:00. Yea, if it is in need of a root canal I will need to do it soon I suspect or could get another infection. We'll see.
Hope that works..seems the only way I could figure out how not to blow the whole allocation of benefit and only cover half of what has to be done with a root canal/crown!@Gussie's mom I'm really not having any pain at all unless I chew on it. I just don't want to cause a bigger problem. It helps to know I might be able to hold off. I'm definitely switching my cleaning from December to January. Thanks.
I'm going to see what tge endodontist says. I'm not sure what is wrong. I just get twinges when I chew on it. It's a tooth with a crow that my current dentist has been wanting me to see a periodontist about as it bleeds easily. It doesn't bleed when I brush so I kept putting it off. I was going to go until I had that first root canal. Tgen I was planning on January. I hope I didn't cause a bigger problem. Nothing showed up in X-rays in June. He thinks my last dentist should have done a post and it's too deep into the gums.Hey Elise, I hope you can hold off till Jan. I have been MIA lately and don't know what transpired with this tooth. Sometimes a medicated filling will keep things at bay until a root canal can be done and hopefully you can hold off till Jan but that is a far away in the time frame of dental problems. Don't chew over there at all until Jan and avoid extremes hot/cold on that tooth until then because either can set the tooth off especially heat. Pretend that side of your mouth does not exist and hopefully you will be okay. Sending vines.
Glad Max is looking good with the reducie.
It could be a periodontal issue from a pocketing or it could be that you need a root canal. If it is a periodontal pocket ask if they can place a topical AB down into the pocket. I remember how much trouble you had on the systemic AB last time. If it's a root canal issue ask the endodontist to just do the first step of it as palliative treatment to hold you off till your insurance kicks in.I'm going to see what tge endodontist says. Well the car has a power steering leak and a coolant leak. It goes in Friday.
My mom had the dental surgery to remove the roots from the tooth L
That fell out and another tooth. So far she's doing ok, anti-jinx big time.
That is true if it is a natural tooth but, this tooth has been crowned and to put oil of clove on the gum would be to caustic.Clove oil used to be a temporary remedy for a toothache
