Jenks dropped 60 points in the first 7 hours of last night's cycle. When he was 131 at the overnight feeding, I thought, "Ok, we're moving pretty slow. He'll have a mild morning reading." Then he dropped 74 points and opened the day in the 50s. That's nuts.
After a couple hours, however, it was up from there. We've been skirting yellow PMPSes for the last three days, and today's reading is about as close as it gets. I suspect it will be the last day we'll remain in the blues for PMPS from here on out.
You can see in the spreadsheet how the blues are moving their influence up the AM timeline and showing up with greater frequency deeper into the PM.
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about it at the moment. There's no way we can inch the dose up to address it, certainly not with him giving up a 53 this morning. Seems as if we're darned if we do and darned if we don't. So I guess we hold firm.
