I wanted to know how Smokey lost his leg and was glad to see you talked about it in his profile. Lucky kitty!! My sister and I shared a condo when we were younger and we used to let our kitties go outside. She had let her cat, Rastus, out and was called him to come in, but he didn't come. We were looking out the kitchen window when our neighbor started his car. We all saw a big puff of fur come flying out from under his hood. He immediately turned off his engine and my sister refused to go look to see what had happened to her cat. I went over, looked under the hood, and here comes Rastus. He was unharmed except had a very short haircut on one of his legs. Scary, scary, scary!!! I'm glad Smokey made it and you were kind-hearted enough to take him!!!
