The happily really non eventful Condo (09/11)


I am LOVING this cool fall weather....I am not a coffee drinker at all....but this is apple cider or sea salt caramel hot chocolate kind of weather....a stop on the way into work to Starbucks is needed, I do believe.....with the day I am gonna have....it will be nice to start it out at least with something nice :)

This weekend (if Skooter gives a permission slip and I REALLY hope he does.....) I will be going to MN Renaissance Festival. I love all the vendors, booths, exhibits etc. This year it will be a little cooler, so I think I will be partaking of the bread bowl soup :P

Welpers, I will not be able to get a test after his preshot until lunch as I am heading out in a few minutes to get into work early (and make that stop for a yummy morning beverage :P) Wishing everyone a fantastic Friday!

And Skooter....mommabean can't come home until about +6.5, so can you be a good boy and behave real nice for her? Thanks!

So jealous you get to go to the Renaissance Festival! Only managed a few trips when I lived in the area, but such fun. Maybe you should get the Skooterboy some indulgences?

I hope you get to go to the festival, Molly. Some American framer friends of mine have told me it's brilliant.

That's it. Rub it in that you have lovely fall weather already. We're in the midst of a string of 100 degree days here. :sad: I am soooo ready for summer to go away!! (Of course, I'm ready for that in June!)

Skooter, you play nice today and keep it safe while Mama is at tbp. If you do, maybe you and Cinco and China can meet up in the lagoon tonight for some fun!

I sure hope he behaves....

I am tempted to give a .1 or no insulin, but I really don't want to mess with what he has going on right now....so I will shoot the .25 and pray that he is good at his +2 and +3 and lets me go :) or maybe not....so torn....thinking it might be a game day decision thang....

Got home a little bit late (thanks, co-workers).....sigh....so he got his PM shot about 15 mins late.....

With his PMPS getting to the lower end of the 100s again...this COULD be an interesting night....good thing I have a good book to read! After reading Finding Me by Michelle Knight, I needed something a little less intense and a bit more mindless....so The Best of Me by Nicholas Sparks it is! I always try to read the book before the movie.....plus there is only two other Nicholas Sparks books I haven't read (Three Weeks With My Brother and The Longest Ride)....so hopefully I get a chunk of this one done and get some snuggle time in with my Skoots....

Not all that amused Mr. Skooter......let's hope you can surf those high 130s for most of the night....I am not wanting to wake up to another over 200 number.....
