You can start advancing your shot time by 15 mins per cycle to get back to your usual shot time. So if you shot at 10:05 you can shoot at 9:45 pm tonight and 9:30am tomorrow morning and 9:15 pm tomorrow night and so on.

Tonight's pre shot was significantly higher and I am wondering what times I should wake up tonight to test, do I need a +2, should I also do a +4 or +5?

Yes! Remember to advance your shot time by 15 mins in the morning. 9:30am

Yes. It would mean you can set up food for him at night or when you are out. Sometimes they keep dropping till the end of the cycle and food will slow them down. if you see last night's cycle and the AM cycle of 9/10, they had nadirs at the end of the cycle.

Do you mean tonight?

In cycles where he is lower at +6, a snack at +9 might be good. If he starts heading up before you go to bed, you could skip the late cycle snack.

How long till the +2? If you leave some food out for him, will he gobble it down immediately?

ETA: I see he's pretty high at +2. It's okay to go to bed and not wake up to test till AMPS.
