Yesterday

Happy appy, spunky, feisty, bright-eyed, and anti-jinxes. The gelcap events have been "active", but doable. Last night got a hiss and swat, but it went down on the first try of the second packing. This morning I got such a huge head-flick that I was shocked it went down on the very first try....I was so surprised that I gave her a thorough pat-down and searched the surrounding area to make sure it really did go down, and apparently it did. Phew.

Thank you for all the anniversary wishes yesterday! We had a great lunch and ate WAY too much...I ate so much at lunch that I actually did not/could not eat dinner last night!

I'm feeling very solemn today...it's hard to believe it has been 14 years. I remember the day well; we were in Cape May celebrating our anniversary, and I was watching some silly talk show while waking up when the news broke. The skies over the ocean were so eerily silent...we shall never forget.

I really remember the next week. We are on a major flight path and there we just no planes up there!
 
Vetty finally called with civvie Petey's BW results...I don't have the doc in my hand yet, but she said everything is perfect. Phew and yay...one stress-maker off the table! I hate waiting for results, even when it's just routine....

Hooray for good news on Petey's B/W!!! :):):) I hope he's eating better and it was all just the hairballs that threw him off.

What can one say about another awesome WCR and our dear, feisty Trixie? How about just an emphatic: YES!

Sorry I missed your anniversary. Belated congrats. We're coming up on our 30th in December. I don't know where the time goes, either!

I hope you hear something soon about your Dad's appointment at Penn. Waiting is soooo stressful. :bighug:
 
Hooray for good B/W for Petey! I hope his appy had improved and that now that the hairballs are out of the way he will be back to normal.

Happy day after your 21st anniversary, Amy! Lovely picture of you and DH! Weddings are such fun celebrations.

LOL on yesterday's furball discovery! And a belated happy anniversary from me too - although I could do with more details on the lunch :) Also congratulations on the hand being quicker than the paw again today. I can clearly picture your surprise and the pat down this morning :cat:
