So question for you? Are you and Larry happy with his numbers on his current dose? You've been holding it for awhile now without a lot of green readings.

hey! i know the other reason, is he drops so much. like yesterday i didnt get a plus 6 but evn at plus 8 he had dropped about 100 points since am. i think i thot an increase would make him plummet? but i have no idea?? if hes not ok where he is, i will increase.
some twitches, KP, yes, and still fights shots. i think we will try levemir next if we get the approval we need. when this lantus is gone i can ask the vet and see.

Sorry for not getting back to you last night but I locked myself out of the house and by the time DH got home so I could get back in it was the normal evening chaos routine lol.
Actually wasn't thinking increase as much as decrease. He's got a lot of days were he straight lines down. And since you can't test usually in the p.m. cycle I'm kind of worried that your higher morning numbers are coming from extreme lows overnight.

I would take him down to 1.5u so yeah a decrease of .25u
Really hope you can get the approval to try Levemir I think it'll agree with him better. And make shot time easier on you both.
