? 9/11 Karamelle AMPS 359 +4 454 +9 482 PMPS 532 QUESTION???

This is really starting to scare me now. Why is it still going up???
On these new syringes it looks like Im only giving less than 0.25. Maybe I just need to raise it? I dont know. Or go back to the old syringes?

8/25 was the last time you changed syringes? She did hit the 50's a few days ago. Maybe tonight is the high before the low? I don't see any PM tests after PMPS last night, so I'm just guessing what is happening.

No I didn't test last night. She was high and I needed to sleep. I changed syringes yesterday morning. Maybe I forgot to notate it on the SS. I'll do that.
