Checks is a happy, energetic boy today. He didn't seem to feel well, last couple days. Threw up twice yesterday.
I made sure he didn't drink much with supper last night.

Clancy finished off Checks' supper, and when I walked away for a minute, I came back to find puke, on kitchen floor.
It looked like Checkers' because it was watery, and Clancy just regurgitates easily picked up stuff.
Also, Clancy likes to puke on the carpet!! grr_red

I gave Checks 1/4 Pepcid AC.
I also had been noticing the hair on his back was standing up at various times during the day. No one was bothering him, so it wasn't anger, etc.
So he got bupe, before bed.
Today, he feels great, was active. Now he's camped out in the cube.....again.

With him still being yellow, I'm gonna use the oportunity to make a Walmart run. That'll take 3 hours, so thank goodness he doesn't dive on Lev...... nailbite_smile
Will get an 'out the door' check first, of course.

Hi guys .. I sure am glad to hear that checks is feeling good today .. and that he's giving you the chance to get to wal mart .. probably figures it's goodies for him anyways :lol: I hope you guys have a great day!

Hi Barb, glad Checkers is feeling better. The Pepcid really seems to help them. It sounds like Checkers is feeling better after the Bupe, too. Wow with the three hours re Walmart. Is it quite a distance from you? I know you've mentioned you live in the country. I would love to live in the country some day. Enjoy your outing today. Checkers, we don't even need to ask you to be a good boy, as you are the bestest, this coming from Maggie, too!

Guess Checks is giving me permission to go out.

Ann, WalMart is a 45 minute drive, one way. I also go to farm store, to find different foods for Checks, like Wellness, etc.
Of course, there's lunch to be had :-D

I'm glad that Checks is feeling better w/ the bupe! poor boy! cat_pet_icon Enjoy the day out, I guess there's something to be said for yellows.
 
Checkers remained very flat yellow all day. He ate his dinner at +10, as usual, but at +11, he was scraping bit of leftovers off the saucer, so I fed him again. I rarely deny him food, because he is so thin in the hips.

Anyway, he was already 303 at +11, so it didn't matter if he ate again. No carb, human turkey, his favorite thing to eat!
If I don't get better numbers from him tomorrow, he's getting increase. Sk 0.5, to level 0.5 ....A drop matters to him.

Tux gets dental tomorrow. No food or water down after midnite. Luckily Checkers likes to drink from a tall beer stein in the bathroom sink, but Tux never goes up there.
 
I'm glad to hear Checks is feeling better today...happy and energetic is awesome! I hope you got yourself a great lunch while you were out and about.

What a lucky kitty Checks is, getting all the good "city" foods!

Good luck with Tux's dental tomorrow, we'll send some good dental vines.
 
Hi barb - sorry for the late visit. Good dental vines for Tux. And I hope Checks feels better. Sounds like maybe he does. YAY! What's up with our boys and their flat yellow cycles today?
