thanks. DH hand still very raw and painful but hard to convince him to take pain meds. Wound dress daily and return to surgeon mid week for status as well as stitches removal on other hand.

yes, now both hands in wound care. Bad hand [nonfunctioning] 6 stitches from fall on driveway trying to start chainsaw YIKES! Current hand from wood splitter log snapped back and caught finger. Because he is in chronic pain from life threatening accidents over the years, he declines any pain meds, even non-opioid. Stubborn man or badge of honor? Who knows, he is man. Although he is quick to ensure Cali and the horses get their daily maintenance pain meds. Thanks for checking.
