Welp, I had planned to give a dose increase this morning, but to my untrained eyes, I thought Ivy was going to break a bounce from last night’s cycle.
Well, she’s as flat so far in this current cycle, so I screwed up.

Ivy seems to clear bounces very fast and she had a very long blue stretch yesterday a.m. cycle, then bounced up in the evening so I figured she would go down this morning into a bounce break.

Is there a way I can better know when she is going to be in Breaking bounce cycle so I don’t give an increase in those cycles?

Would someone please take a look at her spreadsheet and just let me know how I can better be reading that to plan for an increase?

Obviously, I’m still not “getting” being able to predict when she’s going to bounce or when she’s going to break a bounce or stay flat.

I appreciate any insight you can help guide me.

It’s not that you should never increase on a bounce clearing but rather that it might have extra momentum.

I get that but I don’t want to add to her momentum since she’s so bouncy and a dive queen already.

Is there a method to know when she will break a bounce that I can identify and plan the increase?
