Good evening!!! Sending mega healing vines to Carolyn that she will recover quickly from her surgery and also to Rocket and Abby.

Gracie has cleared her bounce and we are very happy to see :mrgreen: :mrgreen: This is her fourth cycle on her new dose. I am giving her Petdophilus that I just got because she is on the clavamox for a few more weeks. I think it is raising her BG because she was coming down nicely and I gave it to her at +6....she was up at +7.5 and then came back down. So back to acidophilus pearls. I do like the Petdophilus but think it will be a Tobey/Gus thing and not for her. She is doing just lovely today.....CPC, 5Ps, and had a very fun play session with her daddy.

Poor Mike awoke with a cold and sore throat.....I got him started on Airborne and some herbal immunity boosts so hopefully he'll kick it quickly. It's probably from pulling the load the last few weeks.

Endoscopy done.....piece of cake. Worst part was fasting after 6:30 last night :lol: :lol: :lol: Doc found gastric inflammation and did a biopsy so we'll have dx in 10 days. Other than that...perfect :-D :-D My only issue today is they said the propofol would be out of my system quickly and it was in the sense that I woke up but I have been so groggy and drugged feeling all day. I think I am just really sensitive to any kind of anesthesia. I feel wonderful except for the grogginess. They did send me home with instructions for no driving and to stay at home and rest so I have been. I'm looking forward to tomorrow....I'm going to start working out again :-D :-D :-D

Hi Marje,

Hope your tummy is feeling better. No matter what, that endoscopy will give you information to know what to do next. My Dr in the Netherlands is considering endoscopy ONLY after more weeks/months of "waiting and seeing what happens". Ugh. So I may come asking you about it if the time comes that I need to do one too. Sorry to hear about the tummy inflammation.

On the plus side, NICE NUMBERS Gracie! Given the meds and variability that it may be causing, I think her +10 looks pretty darn good. Way to keep things low and smooth, Gracie.

Have a good, restful evening, and hope your stomach issues resolve real soon.

Glad your endoscopy went well today. Hope they can find the cause of the inflammation and treat it quickly. How nice to hear Gracie is feeling playful and it's good to see green. :mrgreen:

Hey Marge,
Congrats on a successful endoscopy! I hope that it will provide answers. It is GREAT that you can start working out again tomorrow. That will help healing.

You ask if we are still using the TTs. Yes! I have made the switch. Rusty' s crummy numbers in the last few days are owing mostly to our being here at camp. But he was drifting upward since our reduction, so I may take him back up again by a drop after he gets reacclimated to being home (we go home tomorrow) .

Nice gradual slide for G racie today.

Sending "no-cold vines" to Mike and wishes for a good evening to you all. How is Tobes? Is he recovered from his experiment with Gracie's meds?

Jill....any time you have questions, please ask. I'm sorry your doc is waiting so long. I am happy mine jumped right on everything. I can't imagine going on like I was for months...not doable. Keeping you in my thoughts and sending healing vines to you.

Carla and Michelle: thank you both...yes...I am so glad to have it all done. Moving forward.

Ella: hope he settles down now and gets back with Rusty numbers.

Marje, hope the grogginess dissipates fast and you get good news back from the biopsy.

and to your DH, I guess this was your time to be "the sick one" now that the women of the family are feeling better. But I hope you feel better soon...colds are no fun.
