Hi Everyone, Happy Labor Day, Labour Day!

Rusty is doing well and is napping in his lirttle bed after a good night and a good morning routine. Our friend is going back to NYC today on the 11 AM bus, and we will spend the rest of the day getting back to normal and getting ready to go down to Camp on either Wed. or Thurs. the 90 Miler Canoe Race begins on Friday and we are pit-crewing again for our friend the boat builder. The first day of the race is closer to camp, so we will make that our base for Friday and come back home on Saturday.
The sun is shining today and it is quite warm and humid. Our group is doing a paddle and we may try to meet them-- or maybe not. We'll see.

Hi again,
Thanks for visiting, guys. Rusty has decided that he wants the fat taken off his dose (again), so tonight we got back to the "straight" 1.25 unit dose (1.89mm on the digital calipers, Terumo syringe).

We took our friend to the bus (it was ontime) and now are doing laundry, etc. etc. We decided not to paddle today because it was really too late to connect with our friends on one of the 3 lakes they were paddling on.

Paws crossed that Rusty decides he likes the straight 1.25 this go-round!

Does reading about exercise and physical exertion count as actually exercising? I think I need a nap after reading about all the paddling! :oops: :lol:

I knew the Lagoonmeister must be on duty when I saw that Cinco was surfing in the 70s. No funny business when Rusty's in charge! :mrgreen:

I often get tired reading your condos. You are so darned active! I'm guessing that's why you live where you do - lots of opportunities to get out on the water. It's wonderful for you.

I'm glad you had a nice visit with your friend, but no matter how much you love them, it's always nice when you get your house to yourself and things start to go back to normal, isn't it? Of course, you're going to shake them up again in a few days! Busy, busy! :-D

I hope you had a lovely time with your friend. Enjoy doing laundry (blech) but I'm sure it would be hard to catch up to your friends.

Sounds like you are going to have some fun soon! Love all your activities. Tobey wants to go to Camp Stu so he is baking cimmamum donuts for his Auntie Ellabean.
