YESTERDAY'S CONDO:

Max and I had a pj party last night. I should have been able to go catch about 3 1/2 hours of sleep but I just couldn't fall asleep so I got maybe one. Seriously. I shot about 15 minutes later than usual and his amps test was 20 minutes later than usual. He is making the weird grunting noises again this morning. He ate his baby food but then went under the bed instead of waiting by his dish. I wish I knew what was causing this. I'm going to try to go back to bed but I usually can't go back to sleep.

Prayers and vines to all beans and kitties in need of them.

Thanks Molly. I gave up on sleep. Hopefully I'll get more tonight. I sure wish I knew what is bothering Max,what the cause of the grunting could be. He's meowing normally right now to announce he used his box.

Wow he is on a roll.

Looks like Jen also had a pj party and so did we. Yawnnnnnn. I did get more sleep than you did, though. Hope you can nap today.

I just started reading condos now. I saw last night that Jen had an active night but missed your pj party Marje. So the next question is will we all continue today or have a diving contest or hit the moon?? I just cancelled my bike for 9:00 so my bet is Max won't dive. I'm hoping all three surf safe numbers, not too high, not too low. I'm having lots of ~O) ~O) ~O) now.

She came down after I shut everything down for the night. She had a gorgeous flat night after +5 around 100 with a dip to 68 @+10ish and an AMPS of 85. I'm still guzzling ~O) ~O) ~O) as well and haven't updated her SS.

I hope Max surfs some low blue today so you can sleep and you also figure out that grunting. So odd! Maybe you should record it and play it for the vet.

I haven't even done yoga yet. Too tired. How sad is that :lol: :lol:

No such luck. I forgot to tell him not to dive. Just gave him some hc. I'm glad I found more of the soulistic pouches. I gave him some 9% an hour ago but he didn't eat it all and there wasn't that much. He's eating his old fave right now.

Oof. Looks like you had another late one last night, and he's not going to give you a break this morning, either. :shock:

Up Max! No need to hit the 50's that early in the cycle. Those are the maddening drops...looks like a surf, and even testing hourly, they still manage to sneak up to the high-dive. ohmygod_smile

Are you a coffee drinker? Here's some coffee. I'm guessing you may need it today. ~O) ~O) ~O)

I am so glad I decided I better not leave for a spin class this morning. Just gave more hc with karo. Better check in no more than 30. I didn't think he would drop again with the hc.

Julie, yep, .01 less did work. I wonder when he will need the next .01 :roll:. I'm on my 3rd cup of java now but only the first was regular. I am very sensitive to caffeine, Jen.

My mom had an okay couple of hours yesterday but not so good evening. Thanks for thinking of her Julie.

Thanks,Carla. I just gave him a spoonful of hc with a couple drops of karo. Hopefully it will bring him into at least the 60's and he will then surf the afternoon. That's my hope anyways.

I hope Max takes Cinco up on his invitation. Don't ask me how or why, but he's surfing the 70s this morning. I'm not going to question it - just enjoying the ride! :mrgreen:

Bummer that you have to keep cancelling your exercise classes. Maybe you need to start working out at home! Have you tried some workout videos? I highly recommend the Walk at Home series.

I'm not a napper, either. Even when I only get a couple hours' sleep, which happens now and then, I can't nap during the day. My DH can sleep anytime, anywhere. Makes me :evil: !

I think he just might take you up on that invitation, Tricia. I just fed him a spoon of 9% with a dab of gravy from the soulistic to get him to eat it and he did.

I hope he listens to you as well Marje, nice surf for the rest of the day and evening. I'm not picky as long as it's high green or low to mid blue. I don't want to be greedy.

Just gave Max a little more hc+2 drops karo. He drank the liquid but left the few pieces of food. I will test again in 10 minutes as I'm not sure he got enough hc into him. It's a harder to bring him back up today probably because it started so early with that +2 dive? I'm starting to think he may need another 0.1mm reducie but don't want to stop mr. momemtum.

Too busy, Laura. Thanks for the visit. My meter acted weird and I thought perhaps the battery was dying so I tested with my spare and then tried the original again and it worked. So I got 58 and 68. I put out a spoonful of lc but he's not interested. I'm pretty sure he is done with the under 60 numbers but I'll check him in an hour to be sure.

Okay, I guess I carbed him up enough or too much. Back to blue and we both get a break until pmps. Now that felt like a zillion hours but he was only green for a few.

I'm glad he's eating...I hope you figure out the grunting. Whoever invents a "catspeak interpreter device" would make a fortune!!

Well, he's starting off tonight at the end of the blue zone so I see a bounce as a distinct possibility. A night of blue would be nice, Amy.

I was wrong about the bounce. I hope he levels off soon. Max, 79 is a good number. Tread the 70's please and your ears will thank you and your mama will get some much needed sleep.

I'm glad to see Max finally accepted Cinco's invite to visit the shallow end of the lagoon. It's much more relaxing there. Hopefully they'll both just surf smoothly and let us and their ears take a break. Hear that, kitties? Couldn't we all use a break?! ;-) :lol:

I couldn't agree more. Max was asking for food though. When he finished Ill test again. I fear he is continuing into the deep end. To be continued in a few minutes. I hope I am wrong.

Looks like Max declined your invitation, Tricia. I just gave him some hc. Funny thing is as I was writing the last post I thought I would be wrong because he isn't a limp rag right now.
