Lil Miss G Money got her dose increase today....I don't like all these triple digits. She has been cleaning her plate, playing, purring up a storm, good LB prezzies of both varieties....in other words...all normal. I was in the kitchen fixing yet another liquid meal and she came racing in and went from rug to rug wadding them up and running out.....a driveby rug wadding session! :lol: Still keeping both eyes on her

The toughest thing is when I have to poke her when she's in that really purry, lovey mood. She looks up at me with those big brown eyes just pouring out love for her mama and will sit up on her haunches to headbutt me. I am sure it is a ploy....she knows I cannot resist loving on her and that means pokey delayed. She is so smart.

I sure appreciate all your posts and the chicken broth the kitties all made for KTSS and brought over was da bomb!!!! Wow!!! And it's so great to have my own little masseuse here in Tobey....and Gracie also pitched in but why she thinks massaging my thigh above my knee helps, I'll never know. But at least it's "all paws on deck" :lol:

And yes, Sienne.....great point that milkshakes are liquid but....and I will probably be banned from LL for this....I actually don't like milkshakes or malts :shock: Bad bad bad. I do appreciate everyone's great ideas and may try some out although I can't have anything acidic. bummer.

I don't envy you, your diet right now. When I had the worst of my tummy problem, I lived on chicken soup, and apple sauce.
Lost a little weight, but all muscle. That wasn't good.

Funny on the rug wadding. If you are having trouble caring for your babies, you can send them all to me.....I might give them back ..*grin* :-D

Sounds like Gracie is feeling better. Love the drive by rug wadding. Sending healing prayers and vines for you both.

It's good to see that you feel well enough to joke at least. :-D I hope you and Gracie are totally well soon. It's no fun to be bedbound. We miss you.

Thinking of you and Gracie today and hope that you both are on the mend. Tobey is a great help, I'm sure. Nice to hear that Gracie is playing and acting normally. Now if she can bring down her bgs all will be well in Gracieland. That's a good +7.5, Gracie.

Thank you all for popping in. Gracie is clearing a bounce and coming down so I'm glad to see her in :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Actually, she has never acted anything but normal. I was watching her to see if she acted like she was even in the least bit of pain but I doubt she would be when she was tackling Tobey. I also walked into the bedroom and she was lying on her back with all four feet splayed out and I gotta think if she was in pain, she wouldn't be laying like that.

I figured I had to get my humor back into the game here. I think if you don't feel well, maybe it can help to have a few laughs.

I'll try to BBL to do some condos.....time to do Gussie's fluids right now and then Gracie's shot time.

I hate seeing Gracie with those triple digits, but at least she was still feeling good and now she's back in the greens where she ought to be! Hope you start feeling better, too, Marje.

Nice greens for Gracie! It is so hard when they are so sweet. What a good little girl. I'm glad she is feeling good. Hopefully she is over the worst of it. Healing vines for sweet Gracie and you Marje. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:

Wow, that IS too bad you don't like milkshakes. I guess Sienne does, :-D Sending more healing vines down the hill for you and your sweet girl.

You would make it yourself unless you have Baskin robbins or haggendaas.

Vanilla Shake
4 cups quality vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 tablespoons sugar
2 cups milk, less for thicker milkshakes

sorry no chocolate. can't have that on those special limited diets.

I'd try it without adding sugar first. Most ice creams are sweet enough.
If you have Bluebell Vanilla Bean available . mmmmmm...... the best.

I know you haven't been thrilled with Gracie's numbers recently, but she still managed her sixth month in a row with NO PINKS. I hope you both feel better very soon.

Sorry, I haven't been on the board for a week or so I guess. I know you were in the hospital, but I'm not sure if I saw a dx. I was on a no acid diet for two years, I know, hard to believe, but I did it, it was the hardest thing I ever did, but my bladder had to heal, and it was the only (alternative way) to fix it. I have a lot of info, in my head and books. I lost 25 or so pounds, that I didn't need to, I was only 120 to start with, and I got down to 95, and looked awful, but it worked, and now, I'm finally getting back some weight, and added some of my favorite acid foods back, but will never over due it again!

If you need help with the diet, PM me, I have more then enough to keep anyone busy for 2 years!!

Sending healing vines to poor little Gracie too!
