Interesting but uneventful day today.
AMPS 275, +1.5 215 fed mix of 5.5 and 8% carbs, she remained flat for most of the day and fed per usual routine.
Tested +10 270 which is why I was a little surprised by PMPS of 220. Not sure what she has in mind for the PM cycle.
