Zener is doing ok today. It's hard to watch him getting frailer. He still likes to do his yard patrol, check out the catnip, nap in his cabana. We have a new cabana, closer to the door. Right now he's watching a sassy squirrel get peanuts and run off to store for the winter. Appy wasn't good this morning, so he got 100 ml of fluids. Thank you, Marje, Gus and Mike for making the wonderful video. The fluids really do help him feel better.
OT: Anne is doing fine at the tournament, in spite of catching some sore throat/cold bug. Her work is mostly done, now just to see who wins. I'm doing a half-marathon in the morning. Not sure what I'll do about his shot. Right now, I am thinking skip or 18/18. Depends what he is in the morning and when I get back from the race. I'll be gone at least 5 hours and I can't count on him to eat. I'm hoping the fluids will bring him down tonight. But, could be anything with our guy.
Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Happy weekend!
