8/8 Tori AMPS 335; +6~115; PMPS 97

Oh yuck! After such nice numbers yesterday look where she's at this morning. Actually she's been on the rise since yesterday afternoon when she was 63 and then 88 at the PMPS. She went up 166 points in 2 hours after the Pred. Can you imagine what she would be doing if she was getting more than 5mg? Oh well hopefully she'll come down some today. She really doesn't like it when she hits pink. It seems to drain all the energy out of her.

WCR- She still seems really exhausted this morning. SHe didn't really want to eat anything until I brought out the Fishy FF and then she ate OK. No bath this morning either which is unusual for her. Hopefully as the day goes on she'll feel more like herself. SHe's sound asleep right now.

Well I'm off to bed. It was an OK night but very long. Rocky is getting anxious to go bed and cuddle. That is his normal routine. IF he thinks its time for me to sleep he's in my face until I head to bed. He'll start walking towards my room, stop and turn around to make sure that I follow. He'll do that repeatedly until I come. He takes good care of me. Actually it's funny I find I sleep much better when he's with me. He is my kitty who gives back massages and sleeps with his paw on my shoulder, Tori used to cuddle with me in the mornings but now the only time she comes to bed with me is if she really feels bad. She prefers the couch. ANyway I'm rambling so it's for sure time to get some sleep.

Hope you can bring down that number Tori...then you will feel better. Hope you have a good sleep.
Glad that Rocky knows you need your rest. So cute that he sleeps with you like that....

Unless my memory is wonky, which is a distinct possibility, I do think you've mentioned on a couple of Sundays that Tori is tired. I hope you both get some sleep in.

Well she reached much better numbers again this afternoon and tonight. Mind you her appetite hasn't been that good today. She's eaten enough to not get panicky about but certainly less than she has been lately. I got out the smelly fishy FF again and that seemed to appeal to her. I think I'll go out tomorrow morning and buy some more Bonito flakes. She loves those. That and Stu's chicken soup that he promised her should do the trick.

SHe went outside in the backyard for a while this afternoon. No doing laps but she wandered around a bit and then sunned her pancreas for awhile. She's resting now after she had her evening bath.

Will be interesting to see where her sugars head tonight and tomorrow. I wish I was home so I could do a curve but for sure will try and test more tomorrow.
